This is a modern interpretation of the wind shell jacket, the one you keep in your pocket for a long descent or put on for the first hour of the ride until the day warms up. That jacket used to be a simple affair — a nylon shell — but the lack of stretch meant that it had to be cut on the generous side to fit all body shapes, both on and off the bike. We've completely reimagined what the shell jacket should be and how it's constructed. We've added panels on the sides and the sleeves in a very high-stretch yet tightly knit fabric that allows us to give the jacket a modern, close-to-body fit for aero gains on any terrain, and it actually keeps more heat in than a jacket that's flapping about. We've kept it very compact so that it can pack away into minimal space in a jersey pocket. The stretch panels are treated for water repellency, which will help in a light mist, but this is not meant to be a true rain jacket. - Coated ripstop nylon front and back and front of sleeves to keep wind off - Tightly knit stretch panels on sides and sleeves allow for perfect fit - High collar to keep drafts out - Reflective details on chest and lower back for low-light visibility
$40.00
The free aero race cap isn't really aero, but it matches performance to the free aero rc bibshort. This cap keeps the wind off like a traditional cotton cycling cap, but it wicks moisture much better and doesn't wet out like a cotton cap. The perfect blend of a traditional look with modern fabrics. - Traditional cycling-cap cut - Woven polyester twill fabric keeps wind off but stays dry - Sublimated graphic doesn't fade or wash out
$45.00
Unlimited Comfort Similar to its short-fingered sibling, this glove gives you unparalleled comfort when you're riding over any terrain, but with full-finger coverage. The unique palm construction of the Castelli Damping System will ensure a smooth ride whether you’re tackling rough gravel roads or full-blown stretches of Paris-Roubaix cobbles. - Gel padding and silicone grip add comfort and control - Castelli Damping System (CDS) protects median nerve - Adjustable wrist closure - MicroMesh back - Microsuede nose wipe on thumb
$45.00
This glove was designed for long-distance rides, with extra padding in the palm and premium materials throughout. The palm has gel padding and a poron insert at the median nerve, on top of an ultrasoft synthetic suede. The back of the hand uses endurance evolution fabric that's robust enough to keep the glove in place, while the four-way stretch makes it comfortable on long rides. And it's the same fabric as the endurance bibshort, so your long rides will even look coordinated. - Endurance evolution back-of-hand fabric for stretch and secure fit - Stretch wrist closure - Soft synthetic suede palm - Gel padding with castelli damping system (CDS) padding at median nerve - Perfect for long-distance rides or for riders who need extra padding
$45.00
Comfort Meets Versatility These gloves were designed for those days when you’re looking for a little protection from brisk early morning temperatures or from the rugged vibrations of a gravel road but you don't need anything more. The side stretch panels make them super-easy to get on and off, and they are incredibly compact, so they’re also perfect for those days when you’ll start with gloves and stash them in your jersey pocket mid-ride. - The Unlimited Glove is versatile for gravel or road riding - Rail construction fingertips for added durability on rough terrain - Castelli Damping System (CDS) protects median nerve - Synthetic palm material with built-in allover grip - Touchscreen inserts at fingertip - Easy on and off with stretch side panels - 15°-27°C / 59°-80°F - Weight: 45g
$55.00
This glove is all about ensuring a secure grip on the bar while giving excellent padding. The silicone zones on the palm provide excellent grip, and a Velcro closure keeps the glove in place. The gel in the palm padding absorbs shocks while the mesh back keeps your hand cool. - Castelli Damping System (CDS) - Velcro-closure glove for secure fit and easy on/off - Gel padding and silicone grip for added comfort and control - Textured mesh with stretch and recovery

INDOOR TRAINING NEVER LOOKED THIS GOOD We made this jersey for the rigors of indoor training. The 3D Mesh fabric allows maximum airflow for cooling while the 100% polyester content means it provides maximum moisture wicking. We made it on the limit of not being too transparent in case you want to wear it for group training sessions, or if you're using it at home and want to take it off after warming up the long zipper means it comes off easy. We put a couple of pockets on the back so you can stash your AirPods or phone or headband or whatever you haul to your training station. We've kept the collar low and the waist short for maximum cooling. It just happens to be a great hot weather jersey that you'll pull back out come August. - 3D Mesh lightweight 100% polyester wicks moisture and dries quickly - Semi-open mesh allows maximum airflow without becoming too transparent - Full-length zip makes for easy on and off - 2 rear pockets for stashing whatever you need - Can be used as hot weather outdoor jersey - Weight: 88g
$65.00
DO-IT-ALL DILUVIO We've taken our best-selling Diluvio C and Diluvio Allroad booties and modified, improved, and combined them into the all-new Diluvio UL. With improved fit and a better seal thanks to the neoprene enclosure at the top, large reflective rear tabs for visibility, and the flexibility to accommodate any type of cycling shoe, there's little this bootie can't handle. - 3mm neoprene for water protection and warmth - Velcro closure underfoot for the perfect fit - Bottom opening accommodates road, gravel or MTB shoes - Sealed seams - YKK zipper - Neoprene skins at cuff to keep water out
$65.00
Pioggerella is the Italian word for light rain or drizzle. This bootie was made for those conditions, or even heavier rain, but we made it to provide rain and wind protection without added insulation. This is for those spring or fall days with wet roads or light rain, or even cool weather with no threat of rain. It's not your bootie for extreme cold, but you'll be surprised how perfect it is for a lot of your riding. It has sealed seams, a waterproof zipper and a silicone-sealed top edge to keep water from entering, while the high stretch also gives it a close, comfortable and aero fit. - Waterproof non-insulated bootie for cool and wet conditions - Waterproof PU-coated stretch fabric - Silicone bead at inside top of cuff to seal water out - Wrap cuff construction to optimize fit - Waterproof zipper - High-durability material under foot

Gradient fades have been the fad for a few seasons now, but the dolce jersey graphic breathes new life into the theme. It's built using our new competizione 2 base jersey. We've updated the construction with the side panels that finish in the pockets. We've updated the fabrics so that the back doesn't stretch too long when you load up the pockets. And we've updated the sleeve fabric as well as the fit, maintaining super-stretchy fabrics for a great fit on any body shape without feeling too tight. - Strada micromesh ventilated stretch fabric on front and back for great fit and moisture management - Tailwind dimpled stretch fabric on sleeves, side panels, and pockets for perfect fit - Anatomic side panels that wrap around to back - Full-length ykk vislon zipper is easiest-sliding zipper available - Silicone gripper elastic at waist prevents jersey from riding up
$75.00 - $160.00 $155.00 - $160.00 Up to 52% Off
This jersey is made for those JRA rides. Just riding along. You're not aiming for new Strava records or to win the city-limit sprints, but you do want a jersey that's comfortable and looks great. The jersey has a neutral cut-not racy but also not flapping in the wind. But the high-stretch micro-pique fabric means it fits more shapes than a Castelli race jersey. Adding to the fit and comfort are the four-way-stretch sleeves that seem to disappear, since you don't really feel them at all, right down to the raw-cut sleeve ending that never constricts. This jersey offers full sun protection: the main body is rated at UPF 50 while the sleeves are UPF 30, which means they still block 97% of damaging UV rays. Important Castelli features like the drop-pocket design, easy-sliding full-length YKK Vislon zipper, and reflective details on the back will keep this jersey in the short rotation in your wardrobe. - Micro-pique polyester knit on the body for great moisture management with a soft hand - Velocity rev2 fabric on sleeves with raw-cut sleeve endings - Full-length YKK vislon zipper with neck protector - 3 rear pockets with drop-pocket design for optimal pocket placement - Silicone gripper elastic at waist

Just like the name says, we wanted to create the ideal simple emergency rain jacket. We made it completely waterproof and compact, and, as you’d expect from Castelli, we also gave it an amazing on-bike fit, yet it’s still roomy enough to fit over a Gabba. It has all the trappings of a performance rain jacket, with the waterproof zipper, long tail, long sleeves, and wrist closures that can go over gloves, yet we knew you wouldn’t want to break the bank with it, so the only real compromise compared to our top-of-the-line offerings is in breathability. We kept the styling toned down and added a bright colorway in Brilliant Pink so that you can easily use this as a commute jacket and still look great when you get to the office. If you're going to wear it over office attire you may want to go up one size. - Deluge Light 2.5-layer waterproof fabric keeps rain off with 10,000 mm water column - Slight amount of stretch for excellent fit in riding position - Folds into half a jersey pocket for emergency situations - Stuff pocket integrated into mesh vent at top of back - Waterproof zipper and contrast seam sealing keep water out - 360° reflectivity
$120.00
The baggy-short look without the feel, thanks to the slimmer fit and stretch woven fabric. It's ready for long-distance endurance rides, but it's also a great-looking casual short off the bike. - Stretch woven fabric with DWR finish - Extremely light so you won't even feel it on - 2 front pockets and 1 zippered rear pocket - Stretch waistband with zippered front opening - Scorpion button logo There are those days when a baggy short just seems like the right look. But you always debate whether you're willing to compromise comfort for that look, and you end up wearing Lycra®. So we set out to make a better baggy. We reached for a stretch woven fabric that gives great stretch but in an unbelievably lightweight yet durable fabric. We gave it a DWR finish so mud and water roll-off. We gave the short two top-opening pockets like jeans so that whatever you put in there won't fall out. We made the cut fairly close to the body so you look good off the bike but the short doesn't balloon out when you're on the bike. It all just kinda disappears. The short doesn't have its own seat pad, so wear this over your favorite Castelli short. The Superleggera is a good choice for warmer weather, or the Unlimited if you want the extra pockets.

This baggy short is made for hard trail duty when you want the look of a baggy but the freedom of lycra. The fabric is extremely light, just 165 grams per square meter, but hard wearing thanks to 64% Cordura yarns. The 10% elastane gives it four-way stretch. Not only does it dry quickly, but the water-repellent fabric treatment means it sheds light rain and stays cleaner. The cut is slightly looser so it moves with you, never restricting. Yet the adjustable webbing belt at the waist lets you lock it in place so it won't slide down. With the ultimate trail short you should never feel too hot, so you can open up the zippered ventilation openings that run the full length of the legs, made to work with the mesh legs of the Castelli unlimited ultimate liner. You've never been this cool in a baggy short. - 165g 4-way-stretch woven Cordura fabric with DWR finish - Double-slider zippered ventilation along full length of legs - Extremely light so you won't even feel it on - 2 front pockets - Adjustable webbing belt for secure fit at waist, with zippered front opening

The Thrill of Competition We made this short to incorporate as much technology as possible from our top-of-the-line pro-level race shorts at a more accessible price. And although it's certainly capable of weekend racing, it's also a great comfort performance short even if you never pin on a number. The main Vortex textured fabric and the Giro4 leg gripper come straight from our top Free Aero Race 4 Bibshort, while the KISS Air2 seat pad has most of the comfort of our top seat pad but represents maximum value. The intangible part that you'll appreciate most is our knack for building in perfect fit, thanks to the Castelli pattern engineering team. This is the short that brings the best of Castelli's know-how in building comfort performance shorts into an accessible product in your cycling wardrobe. - KISS Air2 seat pad for all-day comfort - Affinity Pro Lycra fabric on inside of leg for outstanding stretch and rebound - Vortex BLC textured fabric on legs for better aerodynamics - Giro4 leg gripper with raw edge for comfort and silicone stripes for grip - Flat-lock stitching - Reflective detailing on back - Mesh straps for comfort and breathability - 15°-35°C / 59°-95°F - Weight: 173g
$200.00
The main story of this short is the use of our renowned top-of-the-line progetto x2 air donna seamless seat pad in a mostly traditional short, but in fact every little detail has been obsessed over to ensure your comfort on your next long endurance ride. A great pad is useless without great fit. The seams are placed around the hip area to create a perfect shape on the bike. The endurance evolution fabric has a soft hand while providing good compression and excellent moisture management. And it's all held in place with the amazingly comfortable giro3 leg gripper. On your long endurance rides you'll especially appreciate Castelli's drop-tail bib construction. The wider bib straps are free-floating so you can cross them in front or back. They pull tight enough to keep your shorts in place, but when the need arises they stretch long enough that you can take a bathroom break without having to remove your jersey and bibs. This short offers exceptional value and is ready to deliver lasting comfort on your longest rides. - Endurance evolution fabric provides optimum muscle support and feels drier in nearly all conditions - Anatomic cut for perfect on-bike fit - Bib straps can cross in front or back and are extra elastic, allowing short to be pulled down for pee stops without removing bibs - Women's-specific progetto x2 air donna seamless seat pad for even greater comfort and improved airflow - Giro3 leg grippers lie flat

Innovative evolution The Free Aero RC Bibshort is our top race short, which also means that it's insanely comfortable even if you never pin on a number. It's fair to say that we've been working on this short for the past 15 years. That's how long it's been since the original free aero race bibshort was first introduced, initially as our top-of-the-line race short. Since then it has won three Tours de France, three Gri d'Italia, one Vuelta, and San Remo, but it also became the best-selling product in the history of Castelli because, simply put, this is the short that does everything well. The concept is quite simple: start with the best pad we know how to make, surround it with a supportive short with good muscle compression, and then remove everything else that's not absolutely necessary. You feel free thanks to the reduced number of panels and the reduced number of seams. In fact, the short portion has just 5 panels compared to 10 in the previous generation. You feel free because of further refinements to the Progetto X2 air seamless seat pad. The two densities of foam plus the gel pads provide progressive damping, while the separate skincare layer is soft and stretchy to move with your skin. You feel free thanks to the most minimal bibs you've ever seen in a short, including open-weave straps for maximum airflow. But we reinforced the yoke so the straps stay in place and made the mesh back narrow for coverage that is minimal yet just enough to hold the shorts in place. And the bib elegantly frames a convenient pocket at the center back. You feel free because this is the first high-end short that doesn't need any sort of gripper or elastic at the end of the leg to keep the leg in place. Getting this right meant 28 prototypes and our most extensive test program ever, and it results in the most comfortable leg ending we've ever made. The Forza 2 fabric has 32% lycra with a high modulus for exceptional muscle support and just the right amount of compression. There's reflective piping on the back. And all logos are either stitched or embossed for durability. - High-compression 215g Forza 2 fabric with 32% lycra content provides exceptional muscle support and compression - Progetto X2 air seamless seat pad is soft against the skin but well padded for long-distance comfort - Minimalist bib straps allow maximum airflow, while a reinforced yoke keeps the straps flat over the shoulders - Rear mesh pocket - 5-panel construction for reduced seams and less chafing - Sublimation-printed graphic and logos that will never peel, crack, or fade - Reflective piping on back of legs - Soft waistband with raw-cut edge panels for extra stretch and comfort - Raw-cut leg ending engineered to stay put without silicone grippers
